In 2008 we have a lot to live up to. There are many programs and initiatives that were put into place in 2007, which we will continue to build on in 2008. We also have plans to further grow our organization, but we need your help. We are an organization made up of members with great talent, and I challenge each of you to share that talent. Please take time to consider how you can become a Leader of NKY SHRM. Though it does take some personal sacrifice, I am sure you will quickly realize how much you can make a difference!
