 Director

Tracey Willson is married with two children and is deeply passionate about helping others and supporting her community. She serves as the Area Coordinator for Neighbourhood Watch, is the Director of Kings Heath Residents Association CIC, and is Chairperson of Friends of Top Hat School, alongside undertaking additional voluntary roles.

Tracey carries out these responsibilities as her health allows, balancing her dedication with the realities of living with disabilities. She is known for being a great listener, approachable, friendly, and driven by a genuine passion for positive change.

She thrives on a challenge and is committed to building a safer, stronger, and more connected community for everyone in Kings Heath and surrounding areas.

John East is a dedicated family man, married with three children, and deeply committed to supporting the Kings Heath, Dallington, and Spencer communities. Alongside his community work, John is an experienced IT specialist, known for his problem‑solving skills, technical expertise, and calm, practical approach.

John also serves as a West Northamptonshire Councillor for the Dallington and Spencer ward, where he is committed to making a real and lasting difference for the residents he represents. His strong sense of understanding, fairness, and responsibility guides everything he does, ensuring local voices are heard and respected.

A huge supporter of the Northampton Saints, John brings the same passion, energy, and team spirit to his community work as he does to cheering on the Saints. Approachable, compassionate, and always willing to lend a hand, he consistently goes above and beyond for others. His reliability, integrity, and genuine care for people make him a valued and trusted member of our team.
